Logo

The Shipcloud logo

The Shipcloud logo is the primary visual identifier of the brand and should always be presented consistently across all applications.

It consists of two elements:

  • The Shipcloud symbol, inspired by the original carrier network that formed the foundation of the platform.
  • The Shipcloud wordmark, which provides a clean and recognizable typographic signature.

The colors used within the symbol originate from the visual identities of the first carriers that were available through the Shipcloud platform. Today, these colors have become an integral part of the Shipcloud brand and represent connectivity, diversity, and the extensive carrier network.

The logo is available in two official versions:

  • Horizontal logo (preferred)
  • Vertical logo

The horizontal version should be used whenever sufficient horizontal space is available. The vertical version is intended for applications where the available space is more compact or portrait-oriented.

Logo construction & clear space

The proportions of the Shipcloud logo are fixed and may never be altered.

Horizontal Logo

  • Aspect ratio: 1:5
  • The logo is constructed using the X-unit system shown in the construction drawing.
  • The minimum clear space around the logo is 3X on all sides.
  • No other graphic elements, typography or imagery may enter this protected area.

Vertical Logo

  • Aspect ratio: 2:3
  • The logo follows the same proportional construction based on the X-unit system.
  • Maintain a minimum clear space of 3X on all sides.

The clear space ensures the logo remains legible and visually prominent regardless of the application.

Colour variations
& placement

Whenever possible, the Shipcloud logo should be placed on a white background. This provides the highest level of contrast and preserves the integrity of the brand colors.

When a white background is not available, the logo should be placed inside a white container or sufficient neutral space should be created around it.

For dark backgrounds, use the official positive (reversed) version of the logo.

  • The symbol retains its original colors.
  • The wordmark changes to white.
  • Do not recreate this version manually. Always use the supplied artwork.

Avoid placing the logo on busy photography, low-contrast backgrounds, or gradients that reduce legibility.

Minimum size

To ensure readability across both digital and printed applications, the logo should never be reproduced below the recommended minimum sizes.

Horizontal Logo

  • Digital: minimum 120 px wide
  • Print: minimum 30 mm wide

Vertical Logo

  • Digital: minimum 80 px wide
  • Print: minimum 20 mm wide

Larger reproduction sizes are always preferred where space allows.

Incorrect usage

To preserve the integrity of the Shipcloud brand, the logo must always be used as supplied.

The following modifications are not permitted:

  • Do not change the proportions.
  • Do not stretch or compress the logo.
  • Do not rotate or skew the logo.
  • Do not recolor the symbol or wordmark.
  • Do not use the symbol without the Shipcloud wordmark. The symbol is never to be used as a standalone logo.
  • Do not replace the brand colors.
  • Do not add outlines, shadows or visual effects.
  • Do not place the logo on backgrounds with insufficient contrast.
  • Do not add graphic elements to the logo.
  • Do not remove elements from the logo.
  • Do not recreate or redraw the logo.
  • Always respect the minimum clear space.

Only official artwork supplied by Shipcloud may be used.
