Icon Style Overview

Shipcloud does not rely on a standard, off-the-shelf icon library. Instead, a set of custom icons has been developed to support specific pages and use cases across the product.

All icons follow a consistent set of core design principles to ensure visual coherence throughout the brand:

• Icons are always placed within
a square container
• The visual construction of icons is preferably square or circular, although exceptions may occur when required by the concept
• Icons are designed as line icons only, without filled shapes or solid color areas
• The style is minimal, clear, and functional, prioritizing readability and consistency

This approach ensures that all icons feel like part of one unified system, even when used across different contexts.

Color Usage and Backgrounds

Icons themselves must always be rendered in a single color. The use of multiple colors within one icon is not permitted, as this would break visual consistency.

It is allowed to place icons on a colored background. In these cases:

• Icons are typically displayed in white on a colored background
• The background must use one
of the brand gradients
• Solid background colors are not allowed

The green gradient is the preferred and default option. However, other gradients from the brand system may be used when appropriate.

The container that holds the icon follows these specifications:

• At a container size of 80 px, the background has a corner radius of 10 px
• This rounded rectangle is the standard presentation
• In specific design applications where this shape does not fit, the container may be adapted to a fully circular shape, as long as consistency is maintained within the layout
